It seems the Scale value for the first sheet is maintained for all subsequent sheets. It isn't the optimum solution, but as a workaround, if you set the Scale value for all sheets to the lowest value (Placeholder3 is 51%) it will enable printing the entire workbook as a single job. If you tighten up the width of the columns on that sheet you can go to a higher Scale value. I'm guessing that it isn't a printer issue. Opening the file in Excel 2010 using the same printer doesn't seem to present the same issue. It may well be a bug in Excel 2011 or it may have to due with the OS X print subsystem.
