Do you use Outlook 2016 instead of Apple Mail? I have to say that I own Office 2016 with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Outlook. I read on German message boards that there are some Mac users who prefer to use Outlook. The most exciting thing is that Microsoft advertises Outlook with the words: 'We speak Gmail'. And I do remember that the previous version of Outlook had some problems with Gmail accounts and Apple Mail before OSX 'El Capitan' either (there was a bug with the Gmail trash). Currently I am using Outlook just with my Hotmail account, but somehow it looks awesome.

Open the HTML file in Google Chrome or Firefox rather then Safari to avoid formatting issue. When the Email Signature is open in the web browser, press Command + A to highlight the signature, then press Command + C to copy the signature. In Outlook for Mac, you do not have control over the type of authentication methods that users choose. You should ask your users to choose Kerberos authentication if your organization's Exchange server uses it and their computers are connected to the corporate network. When you set up your Exchange account in Outlook for Mac, you must click Kerberos on the Method pop-up menu, or for all other types of authentication, click User Name and Password. When you choose the Kerberos authentication method, the User Name (which includes the domain) and Password fields are hidden. When Kerberos protocol is enabled, it is used to attempt authentication against all of the servers related to the account, such as HTTP or LDAP. When Kerberos protocol is disabled in the account settings, Kerberos authentication will not be attempted against any of the servers related to the account.
